As a Fullstack PHP Developer at Content & Coffee, you will contribute to the development and evolution of business-critical web applications for our clients. You combine strong backend expertise in PHP with solid frontend experience and actively contribute to architectural discussions, code quality and long-term maintainability.
Your experience enables you to operate comfortably in a consultancy context, translating business needs into robust technical solutions. You have a solid understanding of modern software delivery practices, including the growing role of AI in the software development lifecycle. While working hands-on, you are able to identify opportunities to improve development workflows, testing, quality assurance and delivery processes, and to proactively suggest improvements that create additional value for our customers.

- Minimum 3 years of experience with at least 1 front-end and 1 backend framework that we use on a daily basis
- Proven, hands‑on experience as a fullstack PHP developer in professional environments (several years of relevant experience is required)
- Strong knowledge of modern PHP and experience with at least one established framework such as Laravel, Symfony or similar
- Thorough understanding of HTML, CSS and modern frontend best practices
- Experience designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrations
- Strong familiarity with Git or similar version control systems.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
- Good understanding of software architecture, code quality and maintainable application design.
- Sound knowledge of modern Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices, including quality assurance, testing strategies and deployment workflows.
- Awareness of how AI‑driven tools and techniques can be applied within the SDLC (e.g. for code quality, testing, review or delivery optimisation), and the ability to assess where they can add value in real‑world projects.

- You can communicate professionally in English as well.
