As a Data Platform Engineer, you are the backbone of data ecosystems. You create scalable, resilient platforms that empower data engineers, analysts, and scientists to turn raw data into meaningful insights fast, safely and with confidence.

You take ownership of the underlying infrastructure, tooling, and standards that make data work at scale, balancing performance, cost and reliability. From cloud resources and orchestration to data governance and observability. You ensure the platform is robust today and ready for tomorrow’s use cases, enabling teams to focus on creating value from data rather than managing complexity.

• Expertise in data engineering and cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in building ELT data pipelines using tools like Airflow, Prefect, Dagster, Spark, dbt, or related tooling.
• Mastery of software engineering skills including Git, Python, and SQL.
• Expertise in cloud engineering with tooling like Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, for robust and scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of at least one data platform such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, Azure data services, or AWS data services.

Our main offices are in Leuven and Ghent, with co‑working spaces in Charleroi and Antwerp. These spaces are perfect for both focusing and unwinding with colleagues, as well as brainstorming sessions and team events. While much of your work can be performed remotely, you will also work on‑site with clients.
