About the RoleTo strengthen our Sales team, we are looking for a Sales Representative for the region of South of Belgium.
As Sales Representative, your mission is to develop Delacre’s commercial performance and in-store execution within your region by optimizing distribution, visibility, and promotional activation across your customer portfolio. You act as a key ambassador of our brands at point of sale, ensuring excellent execution while building sustainable, trust-based relationships with retail partners.
- Develop distribution, visibility and assortment for our brands portfolio within your assigned territory
- (Re) introduce products and propose orders in line with assortment and promotional strategies
- Ensure optimal shelf presence through planogram implementation and continuous improvement
- Execute promotional plans according to guidelines (pricing, POS materials, displays)
- Monitor promotional effectiveness and ensure correct implementation at store level
- Coordinate and follow up on external merchandising activities in your region
- Report sales activities, store visits and results accurately in the CRM system (Salesforce+)
- Analyze store-level performance and identify opportunities for improvement within defined frameworks and CRM tools
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Merchandising...) to ensure alignment and execution consistency
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Ideally, a first experience as a Sales Representative, but recent graduates with strong interest in FMCG and retail are welcome to apply!
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for financial and commercial data
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude, capable of adapting arguments to different stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and take initiatives within defined guidelines and in a fast-moving environment
- Structured, reliable and accurate in execution and reporting
- Comfortable using IT tools (CRM, MS Office)
