You’ll be part of the team that focuses on delivering telecom solutions: mobile, internet and telephony in the cloud, to large businesses and enterprises across Flanders and Brussels. As an Account Manager Business Sales, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long‑term relationships with corporate clients, identifying new opportunities within these accounts, and ensuring flawless follow‑up from first contact to signed contract.
In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in driving revenue growth, expanding our market share, and achieving ambitious business goals.
- Market Research & Insights
:
Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking, and market analysis. - Client Management
:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and customers, acting as their primary point of contact for strategic decisions, problem‑solving, and contract negotiations. - Prospecting
:
Generate new sales leads and opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts. - Support & Advising
:
Provide consultative sales support to recommend customized telecom solutions that meet client objectives. - Stakeholder Management
:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers within client organizations. - Administrative Follow‑up
:
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within B2B sales and/or the telecom industry
- Goal‑oriented sales mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Profound interest in telecom products and services
- Willingness to travel across Flanders, Belgium for outbound prospecting efforts
- Effective communicative skills, both in Dutch, English and/or French
