The Role

Drive growth for our cloud, infrastructure modernisation and managed services portfolio in Belgium. Lead end‑to‑end pursuits—from opportunity creation and qualification through proposal, governance, negotiation and signature—working with account teams, architects, delivery and partners. Focus on programmes such as cloud strategy and landing zones, migration/modernisation factories, and managed operations (Fin Ops/AIOps).

Sales Focus & Client Motion (Net New and New Existing)
  • Net New (new clients):
    Use your Belgian market network to open doors across the enterprise, public sector, and upper‑mid‑market. Run targeted outbound, events and social prospecting; co‑sell with partners and leverage marketplaces to land first deals. Build and maintain a 3×–4× qualified pipeline and convert to net‑new logos.
  • New Existing (existing clients, new domain):
    With Account Executives, identify whitespace (e.g., landing zones, migration waves, managed operations). Qualify with rigour, shape the value case, and lead cross‑ and upsell pursuits to signature.
  • Not only hunting:
    Orchestrate solutioning with architects and delivery, structure commercials, de‑risk execution, and ensure a clean handover to delivery for referenceable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Originate and qualify opportunities in Belgium; create and advance a 3×–4× pipeline aligned with quarterly targets.
  • Lead consultative discovery—linking architecture choices (security, sovereignty, Fin Ops/AIOps) to business outcomes and compliance.
  • Orchestrate solution shaping with architects, delivery, finance, legal and partners; ensure feasibility and differentiated value.
  • Build account plans for target segments (enterprise, public sector, upper mid‑market) with Account Executives.
  • Lead pricing, negotiation and governance; secure internal approvals and manage bid risk.
  • Ensure smooth handover to delivery; stay engaged post‑signature to drive expansion, renewals and references.
  • Experience selling cloud and infrastructure services (hybrid/multi‑cloud, migration/modernisation, managed operations).
  • Mastery of discovery, business case building and deal qualification; strong negotiation and forecasting.
  • Fluent in co‑sell motions with partners and the use of partner incentives/marketplaces.
  • Strong executive communication;
    English required, and Dutch and/or French a plus.
