Job Description
** Your Role:
*** Drive sales growth and margin across key accounts in Wallonia, including service contracts.
* Build strong, long-term relationships to boost customer satisfaction (NPS) and engage at all organizational levels.
* Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with regional strategy.
* Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain a healthy sales funnel with win/loss analysis.
* Ensure timely, compliant quotations and validate third-party product compatibility.
* Lead cross-functional account teams and collaborate with channel partners to achieve business goals.
* Act as a connector between departments, coordinating resources for success.
* Report and follow up on customer feedback per quality and regulatory standards.
* Operate in full compliance with global business principles and ethics.
** You are the right fit if you have:
*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
* Proven experience in sales of medical imaging systems or medical equipment.
* Strong knowledge of the Wallonia healthcare market and ability to engage key stakeholders.
* A track record of top sales performance.
* Expertise in consultative selling, executive engagement, negotiations, and strategic account management.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and networking skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Fluency in French and English.
