About the role:

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, as Key Account Manager, Flanders, you will work to maximise market share and revenue within the assigned product/market through proper management of the DMUs in hospitals. Optimal relationship management, clear product portfolio promotion and understanding of market developments are key elements of this role, with the realisation of the revenue budget being the main responsibility.

  • Relationship management: independently mapping, expanding and maintaining contacts with all relevant stakeholders;
  • Provide advice and service to customers: give information and presentations to customers or undertake other activities to show the added value of the product;
  • Deduct and translate scientific data in easy understandable core messages;
  • Carry out and proactively propose (marketing) activities that promote sales and the organisation as a whole;
  • Understanding, monitoring and reporting of relevant market developments to grow or protect the business;
  • Represent the organisation at (inter) national congresses and symposia;
  • Realisation of turnover budgets.
About you:
  • Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: CNS/Pain, oncology, haematology, cardiology, gastroenterology, endocrinology, auto-immune disease
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and persuasively
  • Strong personality, passionate, pro-active and a real team player
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch (speaking and writing) and basic knowledge of French is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of English
