Position: Key Account Manager (BE-NL)
Location: Town of Belgium

Snow World Group — Europe’s leading operator of indoor ski resorts and leisure destinations — is a rapidly growing organization with 10 locations across 4 countries. We’re looking for a results-driven and inspiring Key Account Manager to lead our commercial activities across Belgium and The Netherlands
.

As Key Account Manager, you will
  • Define and execute the commercial sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Strengthen relationships with key clients & ticket resellers (retail)
  • Negotiate key commercial agreements and partnerships, ensuring long-term profitability and growth.
  • Use data and insights to steer performance, forecast results, and optimize commercial decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver integrated business performance.
  • Support in the set‑up and closure of key business opportunities together with the Partnership and Webshop coordinator.
  • Travel regularly to our Snow World locations across the region to maintain strong local engagement and customer relationships.
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales BE‑NE‑FRA and play an active role in the Commercial Team.
Desired experience
  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience, including leadership responsibility.
  • A strong track record in driving revenue growth — ideally within leisure, hospitality, tourism, or sports.
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to close commercial deals effectively.
  • Strategic thinking paired with a hands‑on, results‑oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • An energetic collaborator who thrives in an international and fast‑paced environment.
