Role Overview

Are you a strategic sales professional with a passion for building new markets? As a Senior Account Executive based in Belgium, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and growing Park Bee's presence in the Belgian market, with a primary focus on the hotel sector in Flanders. Your expertise in enterprise sales, your ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and your proven track record in closing deals will be essential in driving revenue growth and establishing Park Bee as a trusted partner in smart parking solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • New Business Development
    :
    Own and develop the Belgian territory, focusing on enterprise and complex accounts predominantly in the hotel and commercial real estate sector in Flanders. Execute the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure. Conduct sophisticated discovery processes to understand complex organizational needs and develop compelling value propositions tailored to senior stakeholders. Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles independently.

  • Strategic Territory Planning
    :
    Identify and prioritize high‑value prospects within your territory. Develop account‑specific strategies that demonstrate deep understanding of customer business models. Build territory plans aligned with Park Bee's growth objectives for the Belgian market, bringing best practices to develop, improve, and optimize sales processes.

  • Stakeholder Management
    :
    Navigate and influence senior‑level decision makers including C‑suite executives, Directors, and Property Managers. Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across target organizations and lead senior stakeholder conversations independently. Coordinate internal resources from our Amsterdam HQ (SDRs, Operations, Product, Customer Success) to support deal progression.

  • Cross‑functional Collaboration
    :
    Work closely with SDRs to qualify and progress pipeline opportunities. Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and set the foundation for long‑term client success. Facilitate and manage cross‑team priorities, commitments, and roadmaps while mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices.

  • Performance & Innovation
    :
    Actively contribute to achieving team revenue KPIs. Challenge the status quo and conventional approaches to drive innovation. Deliver sound proposals that are well‑researched and demonstrate strategic thinking. Actively facilitate and champion process innovation that results in better, faster outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of managing and closing deals independently.

  • Demonstrated success in new business acquisition with experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiation.

  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build senior‑level relationships.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and articulate business value.

  • Established business network and demonstrated success in Flemish Belgium.

  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce or Hub Spot) and data analysis tools.

  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly across Belgium.

  • Willingness to visit our Amsterdam HQ regularly for alignment and collaboration.

  • Fluency in French and Dutch is mandatory;
    English proficiency is highly preferred.

  • Experience in Prop‑Tech or related sectors is a strong advantage.
