After extensive training and a period of mentoring with more experienced members of the team, you will take charge of commercial relations with your clients and prospects. By proactively managing the sales cycle while building lasting partnerships, you will discover:
- Business development: identifying new opportunities and approaching prospects in a targeted manner, while consolidating relationships with existing clients.
- Needs analysis: actively listening, asking the right questions and designing customised solutions that deliver real added value.
- Tailored demonstrations: presenting Adfinity in a clear manner tailored to the customer's specific challenges.
- Negotiation and conclusion: defining the strategy with your manager, negotiating the terms of the contract and finalising the signature.
- Post‑signature follow‑up: ensure a smooth transition with our project teams and guarantee customer satisfaction from the outset.
- Proactive portfolio management: regularly follow up with your customers, anticipate their needs and suggest relevant developments.
- Internal collaboration: work closely with the technical and business teams to achieve common goals.
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in management, economics, finance or business.
- Ambition and entrepreneurial spirit: You enjoy taking on challenges and achieving your goals.
- Analytical mind: You understand financial issues and know how to transform data into concrete solutions.
- Mastery of the art of questioning: You know how to ask the right questions, challenge your interlocutors and identify their real needs.
- Excellent listening skills: You are attentive and able to build relationships based on trust.
- Autonomy and organisation: You manage your priorities and your portfolio with rigour.
- Strong interpersonal skills: You build lasting relationships with your clients and colleagues.

- Bilingual FR/NL: A real added value for interacting with our clients in both national languages.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (sales, finance or consulting)
- Commissions on your closed sales
