Belgian company founded in 1995, and subsidiary of Groupe Roullier since 2020, Paticeo Belgium is nowadays one of the leading companies in the production of American inspired bakery products.

Key Accountabilities
  • Sales:
    • Be the guarantor of customer satisfaction regarding the management of their administrative requests. Ensure timely and accurate replies.
    • Coordinate product launches with the client and monitor the retro planning of those launches to alert colleagues if delays.
    • Organize samples expedition.
    • Organize client visits (transfers, samples, meals, internal communication, etc.).
    • Carry out administrative export procedures.
    • Answer pricing disputes, complaints and customer penalties in collaboration with other company departments.
  • Communication:
    • Internal communication of customers and sales department needs, feedback of information to the sales department.
    • Transmit information received from customers or sales representatives to internal services (promotion, new price, archiving contracts, etc.).
    • Feed information from internal services (Production, R&D, etc.) to the customer and/or sales representatives.
    • Administrative communication with Awex, follow‑up on incentives files.
  • Support your colleagues:
    • Sales, e.g., prepare commercial offers.
    • Accounting, e.g., make follow‑ups to ensure customers pay on time.
    • Sales Administration in certain one‑off tasks, e.g., logistics benchmark.
Profile

Profil :

  • You have a bachelor’s (or Master) degree or significant experience as sales assistant.
  • You have good communication skills, and are fluent in written and spoken French/English (Other languages are a plus).
  • You have good interpersonal skills, are responsive and rigorous.
  • You are hands‑on, curious and highly motivated to learn.
  • You are down to earth and value a good team spirit.
  • You are proficient in IT.
