Role expectations- Manage the territory of Antwerp, Limburg, and Flemish Brabant where you will help to grow the business and onboard new high potential accounts.
- Use insights and a consultative selling approach to teach customers about their industry and their customers; challenge them to modernize and grow their business; assist them in implementing digital technology and refining office processes.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
- Plan and execute a Territory plan based on understanding the potential in each account within the defined geography.
- Create and execute account plans for the highest potential accounts, based on a deep understanding of the account’s business, goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ successful B2B sales experience.
- Demonstrated analytical and business planning skills, with the ability to independently own and execute territory activities.
- Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
- Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving business growth for clients.
- High integrity, adaptability, and openness to new ideas and innovative approaches.
- Experience in medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Resides centrally within Antwerp, Limburg, or Flemish Brabant or be willing to relocate to the area.
- Willing to travel across the designated area
