As a Sales Representative / Territory Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of dental care across Antwerp, Limburg, and Flemish Brabant. Reporting to the Area Sales Manager – Ortho Belgium, you’ll be at the forefront of Align Technology’s EMEA Sales team, driving innovation and growth for orthodontic practices in your region.

Role expectations
  • Manage the territory of Antwerp, Limburg, and Flemish Brabant where you will help to grow the business and onboard new high potential accounts.
  • Use insights and a consultative selling approach to teach customers about their industry and their customers; challenge them to modernize and grow their business; assist them in implementing digital technology and refining office processes.
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly territory sales targets.
  • Plan and execute a Territory plan based on understanding the potential in each account within the defined geography.
  • Create and execute account plans for the highest potential accounts, based on a deep understanding of the account’s business, goals, challenges, and opportunities.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ successful B2B sales experience.
  • Demonstrated analytical and business planning skills, with the ability to independently own and execute territory activities.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship‑building skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving business growth for clients.
  • High integrity, adaptability, and openness to new ideas and innovative approaches.
  • Experience in medical device, capital equipment, dental, orthodontic, or other relevant B2B sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Resides centrally within Antwerp, Limburg, or Flemish Brabant or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Willing to travel across the designated area
