⭐ Public sector Belgium ⭐With over 20,000 members acquired in 2025, the Belgian Public Sector turned from a bet to a key acquisition lever for Alan in less than a year. Our recent success demonstrates that our value proposition resonates in a segment more and more seeking a holistic, preventive and modernized offer.
In the coming years, we’ll keep expanding across Public sector sub-segments (e.g., cities, Provinces, hospitals, universities, federal organizations), geographies (Flanders, Wallonia, Brussels) and are looking to strengthen our commercial forces.
🕵️ Your missionYour main missions will be:
- Identify strategic targets in the Public sector and prospect when needed
- Prepare for and meet with prospects ahead of RfPs (calls for tenders)
- Respond to relevant RfPs - there is an important written and project management part
- Prepare for and participate in oral presentations
- Post-win, oversee Alan's deployment in collaborations with Key Account Manager and ensure admins and members high satisfaction
- Contribute to shaping the playbook through creative problem-solving and pioneering new approaches
- Support the team in standardizing and industrializing our RfP response process to increase efficiency and win rates
- Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform Alan's public sector strategy, consolidating RfP debriefs, client expectations, and competitive differentiators
- Collaborate with Product and Ops teams to ensure Alan's offerings remain competitive and tailored to Public accounts
- Share information, debriefs, and lessons learned with the Public Sector team to drive collective improvement
- CRM: contribute to building the appropriate set-up in Salesforce to track sales activity of public segment and ensure proper hygiene for the entire team
