Account Executive, EMEA – French Speaker

Wordly, a rapidly growing AI startup in the San Francisco Bay Area, has a tremendous opportunity for a French speaking Sales Account Executive in Europe on our sales team. Wordly is used to bring live translation and captioning to meetings & events of all kinds for thousands of customers worldwide. Our ideal candidate is located in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, or elsewhere in Europe in the region and should be a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys and is able to work in a rapidly evolving environment, and has a passion for learning about AI and new technology.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling technology solutions to a broad range of organizations.

• Drive new business across EMEA with a focus on French-speaking markets
• Respond to inbound leads and generate new pipeline through prospecting
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Manage RFP responses and negotiate contracts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns and events
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast using Hub Spot CRM

• Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
• Based in Europe (remote role)
• 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales with a track record of closing deals
• Experience selling SaaS or technology solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience in SaaS, AV services, or translation/language technology
• Additional European language skills (e.g., German, Spanish, Italian)
