As Senior Sales Executive / Senior Account Manager you’ll play a key part in expanding our software business. Our goal is to deliver real, long-lasting value through innovative, digital solutions - working together in agile teams with a clear focus on our customers’ needs.

This role can be based in either Belgium or the Netherlands. We offer a flexible hybrid work model with regular in-person team collaboration.

  • You systematically analyze the market, track emerging trends, and turn insights into strategies for growing our customer base.
  • Based on your findings, you develop customer-specific, globally scalable go-to-market strategies and bring new, future-ready solutions from our growing portfolio into existing customer environments.
  • You act as a strategic partner across all levels - including C-level - and represent our offering with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Together with our cross-functional teams and your clients, you co-create tailored solutions that fit complex business and technical requirements.
  • You guide customers through the entire decision-making journey, clearly communicating value and driving initiatives with persistence and vision.
  • As the orchestrator of the sales cycle, you align all internal and external stakeholders - from Pre Sales and Services to Product and R&D - ensuring we act as one strong, agile team.

  • You are fluent in Dutch and English and have a good understanding of business in the Benelux region.
