Floor Manager - Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent & Giorgio Armani Cosmetics – INNO Antwerp

For our Luxe division, we are seeking a Floor Manager (38 hours) for Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent & Giorgio Armani Cosmetics, working in the Inno Antwerp department store.

L’Oréal Luxe offers both men and women worldwide an extensive portfolio of prestigious international brands, each with a unique character. Our brands offer a wide range of products: skincare, makeup, and fragrances.

As Floor Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our counters and brands within the Inno Antwerp. In addition to our Lancôme, Yves Saint Laurent & Giorgio Armani Cosmetics counters, we also sell Viktor & Rolf, Prada, Valentino, Mugler and Biotherm in the Inno. This represents a comprehensive portfolio of the most luxurious brands in the cosmetics industry.

You will be responsible for managing and developing our team of Beauty Advisors. Quality and service are paramount for our luxury brands. The customer is central and should feel special. We offer our customers personalized advice and immerse them in the world of luxury and quality. You are responsible for creating an excellent shopping experience for our customers. In addition, you are also responsible for the presentation of our products, planning and executing promotional activities, and collaborating with the Inno’s management team.

• You have demonstrable management experience.
• You have experience in retail; cosmetics experience is a plus.
• You have an affinity for luxury brands.
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• You are sales-oriented and have experience working with KPIs.
• You have strong leadership skills and are a team player.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You possess business acumen and commercial experience.
• You are fluent in Dutch and French.
• You are flexible with working hours (including weekends, evenings, and holidays).
• Technical knowledge of the products (skincare, makeup, and fragrances) is a plus.
