, we are looking for a driven QHSE Coordinator who gets energy from prevention, quality, environment and employee well-being.
As a QHSE Coordinator
, you are responsible for developing, implementing and following up our policy regarding quality, safety, environment and well-being
. You ensure compliance with legislation and relevant standards, and you contribute to a safe working environment where continuous improvement is key. You work closely together with departments and process owners, advise managers and act as the point of contact for employees. You report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

- You act as a prevention advisor (at least level
3). - You manage the safety file.
- You keep safety procedures up to date.
- You carry out safety rounds and follow up on actions.

- Compliance & regulations: reliable and transparent quality system
- You manage risks related to product and service quality with a focus on operational excellence.
- You boost customer satisfaction through effective complaint and feedback procedures.
- You coordinate internal and external audits, keep the quality system policy and documentation up to date, and ensure continuous improvement through close coordination with process owners.
- You provide training and increase quality awareness within the organisation.
- You ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations (e.g. AI, privacy, GDPR) and follow up on our certifications such as ISO, Ecovadis, etc.
- You contribute to well-being actions and prevention programmes.
- You provide advice on ergonomics, workstation design and mental workload.
- You collaborate with internal and external prevention services.
- You are the central point of contact for safety, sustainability and quality.
- You communicate clearly, proactively and purposefully with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (prevention, environment, quality, etc.) or equivalent through experience.
- You are a prevention advisor level 3 (or willing to obtain this certification).
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- You speak Dutch and English fluently.
- You have a strong knowledge of MS Office and an affinity with digitalisation.
- You combine strategic insight with a hands‑on mindset.
- You work in a structured and accurate way and take initiative when needed.
- You closely follow trends and developments within QHSE and digitalisation.
- You are eager to learn, a strong communicator and a real team player.
