The QA associate Raw materials is responsible for providing quality oversight for the release of raw materials, processing aids and critical consumables used in our CAR-T manufacturing.
Responsibilities- Act as the single point of contact and provide Quality oversight for raw materials, processing aids, and critical consumables, ensuring compliant and timely release per external regulations and internal procedures.
- Support and represent QA in internal and external audits, partnering with cross‑functional teams (labs, master data, planning, distribution centers) to ensure compliant operations.
- Lead and support QA activities including change management, SOP drafting/approval, and execution of tasks aligned with safety, quality systems, and cGMP.
- Ensure thorough and timely investigation, documentation, and approval of non‑conformances, driving proactive compliance and reduction of recurring issues.
- Critically analyze data, identify patterns/trends, and communicate findings and quality risks to management with clear technical conclusions.
- Independently resolve routine quality issues, seek guidance for complex matters, interpret complex results, and recommend solutions including risk assessments and contingency plans.
- Drive continuous improvement, taking initiative to streamline QA/QC processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- A minimum of a Master Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent technical area is required.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Quality Assurance in a GMP environment
- Experience in QC testing
- Experience in eLIMS/SAP master data set-ups
