Beaulieu Fibres is looking for a motivated Quality Engineer who will play a key role in executing and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS). The role ensures that raw materials and components supplied meet required quality standards, customer expectations, and regulatory compliance. The position requires close collaboration with multiple internal teams and external partners.
Main responsibilities and key tasks- Act as owner of the full Raw Material (RM) validation process
- Support and continuously improve the raw material control plan and inbound QC strategy based on validation results
- Prepare, review and validate customer product declarations and technical data sheets
- Ensure transparency in material sourcing and product composition
- Coordinate internal and customer non-conformities in close cooperation with process owners
- Lead quality-related projects focusing on Continuous improvement initiatives, Process optimization and Management of Change (MOC) projects
- Reports hierarchically to the QMS Manager Fibres and works closely with QHSE / QC teams, R&D team, Sales and Product Management, Production and Supply Chain teams,…

- Hands‑on, analytical and solution‑oriented
- Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
- Basic knowledge of Lean / 6 Sigma, project management
- Proven experience in an industrial environment
- Preferably several years of experience with Quality Management Systems
- Awareness of environmental and safety aspects related to the role (e.g. waste sorting, chemical spill handling, emergency procedures)
- Good command of Dutch, French and English (spoken and written)
- Additional languages are considered an asset
