Non-profit Brand Strategist; Volunteer

Femme Incroyable is a small, youth-led non-profit association headquartered in Belgium, whose mission is to empower women in Portuguese-speaking African countries and in Belgium through education, mentorship, and economic independence, fostering sustainable, community-driven impact.

• Develop and refine Femme Incroyable’s non-profit brand strategy and positioning
• Clarify and strengthen our mission-driven messaging, storytelling, and brand voice
• Ensure consistency across all non-profit communications (website, social media, campaigns, partnerships)
• Collaborate closely with leadership and communications teams to align branding with impact goals
• Support non-profit fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach through strong branding

• Experience or strong interest in non-profit branding, marketing, or communications
