Een zorgorganisatie in de regio Geraardsbergen zoekt een verpleegkundige voor de thuiszorg. Je coördineert totaalzorg voor patiënten in hun eigen omgeving en voert verpleegkundige taken uit. Je hebt een HBO5 of Bachelor in de verpleegkunde, een rijbewijs B, en bent zowel teamgericht als zelfstandig. Wij bieden een contract tussen 16u en 32u, inclusief diverse extralegale voordelen, zoals maaltijdcheques en een smartphone.
