Publication & Product Officer

• Contribute to the daily management and the evolution of our current digital content solutions. Your primary focus will be Strada lex, our content platform and the gold standard for legal professionals.
• Under the guidance of the Product Lead, take charge of the operational management of our digital tools.
• Assist in preparing performance updates and strategic roadmaps.
• Discover what users truly need through market surveys and help translate those expectations into effective solutions.
• Investigate how existing and new product features can better align with today’s digital expectations.
  
  Brainstorm with the platform management team, publishers, and commercial teams to turn your insights into powerful digital products.
• Analyse results and feedback to constantly improve our products. We encourage you to take initiative by proposing and implementing adjustments that increase the efficiency of Strada lex.
• Act as the "voice of the user" within the team—from concept to launch—and serve as the go‑to person for colleagues in sales or customer service when they face challenges.

• Someone who feels comfortable in a formal yet evolving sector.
• A team player who communicates clearly and takes initiative.
• A basic knowledge of, or a strong interest in, both the legal world and digital innovation.
• A bachelor’s degree in law, Marketing, Economics, or Business (or the ability to convincingly demonstrate that you have the right mindset).
• You have a positive attitude and are not afraid to take initiative—standing still is not your style. However, you work in a structured manner; chaos is definitely not your thing.
• A first experience or internship in Product Management or Business Analysis is a plus.
• Affinity with digital tools and modern technologies (SaaS, AI, data).
• You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a very good knowledge of English. A good knowledge of French is a plus.
