Brand Manager Consumer Health BNL

You will join our Consumer Health division where we handle the marketing and sales of brands such as Supradyn, Bepanthen, Rennie, or Canestene. It is a challenging and versatile job to further develop these and other brands in the dynamic and growing self-care market.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

As a Brand Manager at Bayer Consumer Health, you are responsible for realizing the brand strategy and Omni channel planning and activation for several brands in the Belgian and Dutch markets. Your main tasks are as follows:

  • Based on your knowledge and insights of the market and consumers, you will create a Omni channel annual plan and budget for existing and new products. You will then take charge of executing all marketing/ activities with the goal of growing the brands.
  • With your 'antenna' for new market developments in the field of health, you will expertly translate these into commercial and strategic opportunities for your brands.

You will work closely with your Benelux colleagues from marketing, digital & e-Comm activation, trade marketing, sales, business analytics, regulatory affairs, medical, finance, logistics, and your international colleagues. Externally, you will have a lot of contact with media partners, creative agenciesand research agencies.

Aspirin, Supradyn, Bepanthen, Canestene and Rennie. Do these products ring a bell? These brands are offered both online and offline by our marketing and sales team of Bayer Consumer Health at pharmacies and drugstores in Belgium,Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Who you are
  • A higher professional or university marketing education
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in consumer marketing, preferably with brands in the FMCG or OTC market of health products
  • Experience developing Full Funnel campaigns (consumer shopper journey driven), consumer research, on- and offline communication, media deployment/purchasing, digital marketing activities
  • Experience with digital brand activation and working with digital tools such as analytics
  • Analytically, creatively, and conceptually and project-wise strong
  • Able to translate substantive knowledge into commercial opportunities
  • Experience leading project teams
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written
