The OpportunityAs a Junior Marketing Consultant at EY Studio+ in Belgium, you'll support client teams in solving complex marketing challenges while building your expertise across the marketing spectrum. You'll work on impactful projects spanning strategy development to campaign execution, learning from senior consultants while contributing fresh perspectives and digital-native insights.

You will be a vital connector, helping translate local client needs into actionable solutions leveraging the vast resources of the global EY network.
YourKey Responsibilities
- Client support & strategic analysis: Assist senior consultants in advising clients on marketing strategies and initiatives. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities. Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Marketing strategy & campaign execution: Support the development of data-driven marketing strategies and help implement campaigns across various platforms (digital, social, traditional). Manage specific campaign work streams, from planning to execution and optimization, under guidance of senior team members.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across EY service lines (e.g., Technology, Strategy, Data Analytics) and with client teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and solutions.
- Data-driven insights & reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze campaign performance. Prepare reports and presentations on KPIs, ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition metrics. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Content & communications: Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, thought leadership content, pitch books, and strategic communications that help EY and its clients stand out in competitive markets.
- Marketing technology: Support clients in auditing and optimizing their Mar Tech stack. Help identify gaps, evaluate new solutions (e.g., marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, AI-powered marketing solutions), and assist in implementation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- AI & innovation: Stay current on AI applications in marketing (generative AI, predictive analytics, personalization engines) and help integrate these technologies into client solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in marketing, advertising agencies, digital marketing, consulting, or a related field, with demonstrated involvement in successful campaigns or marketing projects.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of AI in marketing:
Understanding of how AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, marketing automation with AI, predictive analytics) are transforming marketing practices, with eagerness to deepen this expertise. - Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing environments is preferred.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, basic data visualization).
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms (CRM systems, marketing automation, content management systems).
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with capability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
