Product marketing manager; B2B SaaS

At Rasayel, we help sales and support teams do better business on Whats App, but we suck at telling stories.

You’ll be our first product marketer and will have complete ownership. You’ll mainly work with me (Rasayel COO) and the content team.

You’ll also work with our sales, success, design, and product teams.

Positioning and messaging —Position Rasayel in the best way possible and build messaging that resonates with people.

Sales & success enablement —Support and enable our sales and success teams (in different parts of the world) in every part of the buyer/customer’s journey.

Content & campaigns —Work with the content team or build your own, whether it’s blog posts, product updates, launches, email marketing, or others.

Metrics and tracking —Own and monitor the performance and impact of all our activities.

Collaboration —Work with product, design, success, sales, marketing, and others.

• 5 years of experience in product marketing, and at least 3 years in an early stage B2B SaaS company. (No B2B SaaS experience is a deal-breaker.)
• An excellent storyteller, both verbal and written.
• You believe in genuine, human marketing, and not in deceitful or cheap tactics.
• You are biased for action. You move quickly and don’t get stuck in analysis.
• You are opinionated, are comfortable leading, making decisions, and doing the work.
• You’re well organized, can manage projects, and can handle a lot of concurrent work and prioritize with care.
• You think from first principles.
• You give and receive feedback well. You don’t shy away from hard conversations.

• This is a remote role, but you must be located in the Middle East, Europe, or LATAM.
