The brand manager is the brand owner for a number of brands in CHC. The brand manager acts as the business owner and plays a vital role in accelerating our growth. He/she goes from strategical brand building exercises, business reviews to brand plans and presenting and implementing the brand activation plan.
Responsibilities- You will be responsible for multiple CHC brands: building them and developing activation and communication plans for all stakeholders (patients/consumers, physicians, and pharmacists) based on brand and category objectives and within the legal context.
- As the brand owner, you will create and implement brand plans, manage budgets, analyse results, and proactively suggest adaptations to ensure success.
- You will identify new opportunities to strengthen the brand and portfolio offering, building on relevant insights and in line with category and market trends
- Together with the digital brand manager, you explore digital activation opportunities to grow your brands.
- You generate the necessary instore visibility, both on- and offline, aligned with the patient journey and channel needs.
- You work closely with the sales department, aligning your plans with the sales teams and presenting them to the medical and pharma reps in an inspiring and motivating way. You ensure their commitment to the brand’s growth strategy.
- You collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues of Pharmaceutical Affairs, Business Development, Supply Chain and other departments, regularly aligning plans and communicating relevant information to all counterparts.

Integrity, Entrepreneurship, Agility and One STADA. - Master’s degree in marketing, commercial engineering, business economics. Previous brand building or brand development experience in FMCG or pharma is a plus.
- Strong marketing skills with the ability to think strategically, develop compelling briefings and execute with excellence across all touchpoints
- Solid analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset
- Hands-on with an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to learn and adapt plans in line with new trends and developments
- Fluent in Dutch, French & English
