Graphic marketing & communication specialist

Overview

Graphic marketing & communications specialist role in a growing, family-owned company. Autonomy and space for initiative and creativity are central, with a focus on modern, innovative marketing policy.

• Manage and progressively develop the company’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, with potential future Tik Tok adoption), aligned with current trends.
• Observe within the organization for interesting angles and develop dynamic content around them (e.g., engaging reels, stylish photos, meaningful testimonials featuring customers and employees).
• Maintain and further develop the website, ensuring the digital profile attracts interesting opportunities and new possibilities.
• Demonstrate strong graphic skills and uphold and implement the house style across all materials and services, from letterhead and envelopes to campaigns, tri-folds, calendars, and visual gadgets.
• Collaborate with sales and HR on organizing fairs and events; procure marketing materials, provide suitable visuals, and take operational lead during preparations to ensure smooth and organized execution. Occasional presence at events, sometimes outside office hours; meals and informal moments are provided.
• Apply a proactive approach to work, with a strong sense of initiative to drive results.

• Bachelor in Marketing and Communications or equivalent experience; or extensive relevant experience.
• Innovative, digitally driven with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and similar graphic design tools.
• Strong design sense to maintain a uniform corporate style.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to take initiative and drive work forward with a proactive attitude.
