In deze rol zorg je voor een efficiënte werking van de productielijn en begeleid je een team van medewerkers. Nieuwe collega's worden ondersteund bij hun taken en kwaliteitscontrole is essentieel. Vereist zijn minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een coördinerende functie en een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
