We are a leading company in plastic recycling in Europe. In our brand-new factory, we sort, recycle, and process plastics into high‑quality secondary raw materials. Together with your fellow operators, you contribute to an efficient production process with a high quality standard.

As an operator, you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs optimally. You work closely with your colleagues, monitor quality, and ensure a safe working environment.

Your tasks include:

• Setting up and operating production machines to achieve optimal production
• Monitoring the production process and the quality of end products and making adjustments where necessary
• Resolving minor technical malfunctions or supporting the technical service
• Performing preventive maintenance on machines and the working environment
• Completing production lists and other production administration
• Ensuring order and cleanliness on the shop floor, in the machine park, and on the outdoor premises (good housekeeping)
• Safely operating the forklift and other embodied production equipment

• Technical experience or a strong affinity with technology
• Experience in a production environment, preferably in plastic recycling
• Forklift certificate and driving experience
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system
• Fluent in Dutch or English, spoken and written

• A permanent contract of indefinite duration
