Logistics Assistant

You ensure smooth operations in and out of the warehouse. You unload and load trucks, check shipments, and store materials neatly and safely. Incoming and outgoing goods are processed directly in the ERP system so that stock levels are always accurate. You prepare materials in time for our production staff and make prefabricated piping ready for shipment to customers worldwide. You assist colleagues and customers at the service counter, handle the related administration, and when needed, you take the company truck to deliver or collect goods.

You switch quickly between tasks, work independently as well as in a team, set priorities, and always keep the customer in focus.

• Loading, unloading, and (un) packing goods
• Checking, labeling, and neatly storing materials
• Collecting and preparing materials for production
• Preparing prefabricated piping for shipment
• Processing transactions in ERP and issuing materials to customers/technicians
• Transporting goods with the company truck

• At least an MBO-3 diploma, preferably technical
• Experience with an ERP system
• A valid driver’s license (B), VCA certificate, and forklift license (or willingness to obtain them quickly)
• Proficiency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
