As a People Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing store performance and inspiring your team to excel. From day one, you will have a direct impact on store success and team development. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring Sales and Productivity

    Drive sales performance and improve productivity.

    Analyse data to create effective strategies for the store.
