Currently we are looking for a Strategy & Transformation Director to join our team in Belgium.
YourKey Responsibilities
- The EY-Parthenon Strategy & Transformation Director will have a leading role in the development and execution of our strategy services in Brussels.
- Take a leading and proactive role in business development by spotting opportunities in the market (through your growing business network), driving project proposals and leading client discussions.
- Manage projects, coordinate multiple strategy and transaction engagements and motivate your team to work together on common tasks.
- Successfully supervise, coach, and mentor all levels of staff within but also outside of your project context.
- Deliver a high degree of client satisfaction with the engagement process and work products sufficient to drive additional and repeated engagements.
- Demonstrate ability to not only identify strategic opportunities, risks and issues, but also to recommend resolutions.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of all phases and aspects of strategy development and implementation.
- Determine new target operating models and organization design.
- Support clients in achieving sustainable performance and/or improvements within their organizations.
- Create a customized change management strategy and roadmap based on the needs of the project and implement the change management activities for each phase of the project.
- Anticipate organizational changes that come with large-scale implementations and the change management and communications interventions which will be needed.
- Influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals, understanding how potential process and system changes might impact upstream and downstream processes and/or systems.
- Analyze cost structures and develop cost reduction or performance improvement programs.
- Work and/or collaborate with key business stakeholders to develop business cases as well as define a roadmap to implement the remediation.
- Work with key stakeholders to improve existing or developing new operational processes and procedures, on a regional/global basis as needed.
- Assist with the organization transformation including building internal process expertise and capabilities.
- Develop integration or carve-out strategies and define and execute detailed planning and implementation concepts across all business and group functions.
You have:
- 11-14 years working experience in a strategy advisory company and/or in a corporate strategy department.
- Master’s degree in civil, bio- or business engineering or economics. An MBA degree is considered as a strong asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a practical ability to shape the business agenda and define strategic roadmaps.
