Votre mission:
Au sein d'une équipe de 10 personnes, vous interviendrez :
- en droit des sociétés : accompagnement à l’acquisition et la cession d’entreprise, la restructuration de société, la création de holdings, l’accompagnement juridique, sur des missions d’analyse, de conseil et de rédaction d’actes,
- et possiblement en droit fiscal : fiscalité d’entreprise et patrimoniale, régime des plus-values, pacte Dutreil, fiscalité liée à des opérations d’achats, de vente, fiscalité liée à l’organisation patrimoniale, transmission d’entreprise, aussi bien sur des mission d’analyse, de conseil et plus ponctuellement de contentieux.
