Senior Project Manager

Eezee is looking for a Senior Odoo Project Manager to lead ERP projects.

After a six-month immersion as a Business Analyst
, you will take full ownership of Odoo projects and ensure their operational success as well as strong client relationships.

You enjoy structuring complex projects and supporting clients in making key strategic decisions.

At Eezee, you act as a Project Manager on ERP projects for ambitious SMEs. You understand business challenges,structure priorities, and drive project execution. You are responsible for planning ,

Odoo is the main tool used to implement the solutions defined together with the client.

Your objective is to deliver projects that integrate sustainably into the client’s organisation, with controlled user adoption and change management embedded in the project steering

As a Senior Project Manager , you takefull ownership of the projects assigned to you, from project kick-off through post go-live stabilisation.

• Leading ERP projects by ensuring planning, budget tracking, risk management, and commitment delivery.
• Organising and facilitating project governance bodies: kick-offs, steering committees, progress meetings, and decision-making sessions.
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders involved in the project.
• Ensuring the quality of deliverables and the overall consistency of the implemented solution.
• Maintaining clear and regular communication with clients regarding progress, risks, and decisions.
• Supporting clients in change management, ensuring solution adoption by end users.
• Supervising the go-live phase and ensuring a smooth transition to support and maintenance teams.
