Bij Center Parcs De Vossemeren draait alles om een warmwelkom en een perfecte start van de vakantie.
Als Floormanager Wisselschoonmaak speel jij daarin eensleutelrol. Je stuurt je schoonmaakploeg aan en zorgt ervoor dat onze cottagesschoon, verzorgd en volledig in orde zijn voor elke nieuwe gast.
Je staat dicht bij je team, bewaakt de kwaliteit en geeftzelf het goede voorbeeld op de werkvloer.
Jouw dagelijkse impact- Je geeft leiding aan de schoonmaakmedewerkers enzorgt voor een vlotte organisatie van de wisselschoonmaak.
- Je bewaakt en controleert de kwaliteit, hettempo en de uitvoering van de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden in de cottages.
- Je controleert de inventaris van de cottages enzorgt voor herstel, vervanging of aanvulling waar nodig.
- Je zorgt voor een gastgerichte aanpak en stuurtje team aan met oog voor service, netheid en uitstraling.
- Je ziet toe op naleving van milieu- enveiligheids (Arbo).
