Le candidat sera responsable de l'élaboration de parcours de formation personnalisés et de l'accompagnement des équipes dans le développement de leurs compétences. Ce rôle requiert une forte capacité à travailler de manière proactive avec des entrepreneurs indépendants, y compris lors de transformations de magasins et de recrutements.
Le poste est basé principalement sur le terrain avec du télétravail possible.
