Job Description As a Capex Project Manager, you will lead the definition and execution of major capital projects for pharmaceutical companies. These projects may include new construction, demolition, or revamping activities across diverse technical environments such as Automation, Clean and Black Utilities, Fire Remediation, High and Low Voltage systems, Pharmaceutical Equipment, and both GMP and non-GMP  this role you will play a key role in:
* Managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
* Guaranteeing that objectives are met in terms of safety, quality, costs, and deadlines
* Proactively identifying and mitigating risks during all phases of the project
* Defining and implementing a clear and effective communication plan
* Overseeing interfaces and impacts with other projects and existing facilities##

Your profile
* A master's degree in engineering (or equivalent qualification)
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager
* Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong project management skills, including budget management and schedule development
* Experience with MS Project and project financial tracking tools
* Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skills
