CSA Project Manager

Our client are currently on the search for a 3+ years experienced CSA Project Manager, with a strong Fit‑Out background. Their reputation in the current market is industry leading, with opportunities to work across Central Europe (Netherlands, France and many more!). The company is growing year‑on‑year with forecasts to triple their revenue in the next three years. The suitable candidate can come from either a Site Management or Package Manager background with a Main Contractor.

• Project Management
  :
  Oversee the end‑to‑end management of CSA fit‑out projects for data centers, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordination
  :
  Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of project plans.
• Quality Assurance
  :
  Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to meet and exceed industry standards.
• Budget Management
  :
  Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, identifying cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Risk Management
  :
  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
• Health & Safety
  :
  Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture on all project sites, adhering to local regulations and company policies.
• Documentation
  :
  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and contract administration.

• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing CSA fit‑out projects, preferably within the data center sector.
• Skills
  :
  Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Solid understanding of construction contracts, specifications, and drawings.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is highly desirable.
