As Production Manager of our
** Gent X
** sorting center, you are responsible for the smooth, efficient, and high-quality operation of production in
** a 24/7 environment**. Your main tasks:
· You are
** an experienced leader** – You have at least 5 years of experience managing a large operational unit in a production or logistics environment.
· You thrive on
** developing people** – With your strong leadership and coaching skills, you help your teams grow and work independently.
· You are
** a driving force for change** – You identify optimization opportunities and have experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
· You speak
** fluent Dutch
** and have a good knowledge of French and English.
