Wrought & cast iron restoration project manager YOUR ROLE

During your training and every day after, you will learn all about restoration of historic wrought & cast iron. With us, you will be given broader responsibility than many project managers elsewhere, as you will be at the wheel from bid to project execution.

• You are responsible for handling incoming price requests, reviewing them critically, suggesting possible alternatives and scheduling a site visit if necessary. You take measurements, prepare the quotation and deliver it to the customer.
• You closely follow up the further progress and make sure that you can commercially defend this offer to the customer to come to a contract
• After ordering, translate customer requirements after internal consultation into an efficient method and clear instructions for the workshop and subcontractors, and into orders for materials
• You will direct the planning and you will closely monitor the execution, you will remain the point of contact for the customer.
• You easily consult the plans of your projects in 2D or 3D, for drawing work you can always count on our engineering office.

• Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent through experience
• Structured and accurate, analytical & mathematical strong
• Experience in project management in (metal) construction is a big plus
• You are highly communicative, driven and entrepreneurial
• Very good knowledge FR, good knowledge NL
• Preferably living in the (wide) region
• Are in possession of a driving license B + fluent PC knowledge (MS-Office/drawing software is plus)
