Job Description

As a Legal and Compliance Officer your responsibilities are:

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the organization.
• Monitor and assess regulatory developments and their impact on the business.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with external legal advisors when necessary.
• Conduct internal audits and investigations related to compliance issues.
• Train staff on compliance policies and legal requirements.
• Support the implementation of risk management strategies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal and Compliance Officer should have:

• A good level of German and English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in law, compliance, or a related field.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
