Le Programme Manager du programme « Accessibilité» est responsable de la structuration, du pilotage et de la coordination de l’ensemble des initiatives visant à améliorer l’accessibilité physique, téléphonique, digitale et informationnelle de la CAPAC. Il agit en étroite collaboration avec la Directrice COSI, Team Stratégie, PMO et les différents services impliqués.
Description du programme « Accessibilité »Le programme Accessibilité vise à garantir une HVW réellement accessible à tous les citoyens, selon cinq axes :
- Accessibilité physique (REOFYS) : accueil sans rendez-vous, optimisation des services d'accueil, ticketing multilingue, réduction des temps d’attente.
- Accessibilité téléphonique (REOTEL) : amélioration des délais de réponse (
