** AI Expert
** to shape our
** AI strategy
** and turn it into real-world applications that boost
** efficiency**,
** employee experience**, and
** customer experience**.
* Define the
** AI strategy and roadmap**; make
* build-vs-buy
* decisions and manage the vendor landscape.
* Identify and deliver
** use cases
** together with Operations, Quality, Supply, Sales/CS, and HR.
* Work in the IT-team to build the
** AI platform and data foundation** (security, MLOps, monitoring).
* Set up
** AI governance** (risk assessment, documentation, oversight, transparency).
* Drive
** adoption
* * and
** AI literacy
** through training, guidelines, and coaching.
* ** Measure value**: track KPIs and communicate benefits.
* Strong
** stakeholder and change management skills**; you translate strategy into execution.
* Fluent in
** Dutch & English**; additional languages are a plus.

Experience in
** AI/data projects
** or
** product/program management
** with proven live implementations.

Solid knowledge of
** ML/GenAI
** and
** cloud AI**; experience with
** MLOps/Dev Ops**.
