The Position

In order to further expand our business, we are looking for a System Engineer for our Belgian office in Diepenbeek, Belgium.

As a Business Developer, you won’t just sell solutions — you’ll open doors to new opportunities.

You’ll build strong relationships across the Dutch market, turning conversations into partnerships and ideas into tangible business growth.

Your role is key in expanding our presence among end customers, distributors, and integrators, especially in multi-site environments.

By combining strategic thinking with a hands-on commercial mindset, you’ll help shape new opportunities today while paving the way for future international growth.

About you
  • Are fluent in Dutch, with a good command of spoken English.
  • Hold a higher education degree, or bring relevant experience in business development — ideally within software solutions.
  • Have experience in, or strong affinity with, the IT, software, or technology sector.
  • Are familiar with modern B2B sales strategies and know how to apply them effectively.
  • Have a true commercial drive and intrinsic motivation to achieve sales targets.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain lasting networks.
  • Are proactive and entrepreneurial in your approach.
  • Show resilience and perseverance in achieving results.
  • Thrive both as a team player and as an independent contributor.
