As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will get the chance to put your skills and experience into practice. You will get to play an important role in the team as you will take ownership of the functional aspects of each project ensuring the quality of the Salesforce solution. You will be involved beyond pure configuration: you will have the option to be in close contact with clients, helping them think proactively about their needs and goals.

For this function, you are mainly working at our customer’s premises and you have the possibility to work from home, but we’re also happy to welcome our teams for regular Office Days (Ghent, Mechelen or Braine L’Alleud) to connect with teammates.

As a functional Salesforce consultant, you collaborate with Belgian and international organizations on Salesforce CRM projects.

• Listen to customer requirements, understand a company’s processes and develop a deeper understanding of business challenges in marketing, sales and service.
• Challenge customers to understand why they work a certain way, in order to support them in understanding how Salesforce can help them to better meet their strategic, tactical and/or financial goals.
• Pick up responsibility for your part of the project and coordinate with colleagues to achieve a successful project delivery.
• Contribute and/or take the lead in analysis, solution design, implementation, configuration, testing, documentation, training and go-live of the Salesforce projects.
• Support the growth of Inetum by actively contributing to pre‑sales tracks and proposals.

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical/functional role during multiple implementation projects.
• Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and multiple core Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, …).
• Experience working on customers in Public Sector, Financial Services and/or Manufacturing Industries is a plus.
• Salesforce Industries certifications/accreditations and experience are a plus (Public Sector Solutions, Financial Services Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Omnistudio).
• Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Experience as a project manager or scrum master (and/or certification) is a plus.
