In this role you will combine hands on instrument support with application guidance for clinical laboratories.

You will join our client to support laboratories in the Walloon region through a hybrid role that blends field service activities with application support. In the first phase you will spend most of your time on maintenance, repairs, installations plus system set up at customer sites. Over time you will expand into application responsibilities such as running samples, performing quality controls plus supporting validation activities.

Your work helps ensure laboratories deliver fast, reliable patient results every day.

Support maintenance, repairs, installation plus configuration of analysers at customer sites

• Bachelor degree in Laboratory Technology or closely related field
• 0 to 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory or similar environment
• Comfortable working on site with customers rather than only bench work
• Customer oriented communication with laboratory staff plus colleagues
• Driving licence plus willingness to travel across Wallonia, Brussels plus Flanders if needed
