Application Support Agent Junior
in Netcompany?
As an Application Support Agent Junior, you will:

• Receive and log user requests, incidents, and questions via email, phone, or face-to-face interactions.
• Provide technical support by investigating issues and identifying appropriate solutions.
• Keep end users informed about the status and progress of their requests.
• Participate in meetings with Commission staff, including coaching and training activities.
• Contribute to the improvement of documentation and user manuals to support training and knowledge sharing.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Higher education or equivalent professional experience.
• First successful experience in user support.
• ITIL Foundation certification is considered an asset.
• Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of any other European language would be considered as advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand processes, combined with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Proactive and reactive approach to problem-solving, with strong stress resilience.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and knowledge sharing at different levels.
• Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment, with strong team spirit and interpersonal skills.
