We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketer to own and scale Donna’s digital growth engine.
This is a role for someone who thinks in buyer journeys, experimentation, and conversion
, not isolated channels. You’ll be responsible for how buyers discover Donna online, how they move through our digital touch points, and how digital contributes to qualified pipeline.
You’ll work closely with sales, product, within the marketing team to translate Donna’s positioning into high-performing digital campaigns and experiences.
What you’ll be doingOwnership and continuous optimization of digital marketing channels including SEA, Linked In Ads, SEO, and email marketing
Accountability for digital-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and funnel performance
Execution of targeted, account-based digital campaigns aligned with sales priorities, target accounts, and buying committees
Design and optimization of end-to-end buyer journeys across awareness, consideration, and decision stages
Hands-on execution of email and lifecycle campaigns in Hub Spot
Design and execution of structured growth experiments to validate hypotheses and unlock new opportunities
Continuous conversion rate optimization across ads, landing pages, and email flows
Creation, testing, and iteration of ad creatives, messaging, and landing pages that resonate with distinct buyer personas
Performance tracking and reporting across traffic, engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution
Have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (SaaS / B2B experience is a plus).
You have experience owning and optimizing paid digital channels in a B2B context (SaaS is a plus)
You have a strong understanding of buyer journeys, conversion optimization, and experimentation
You have hands-on experience with Hub Spot, including building and optimizing email and lifecycle campaigns
You understand SEO fundamentals and evolving search behavior (including AI-driven discovery)
You’re comfortable building and iterating landing pages using no-code or CMS tools
You are data-driven, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
You’ll help define the category of AI for field sales, one of the most underserved, high-impact segments in B2B.
You’ll work side by side with the founders and GTM leadership.
