What will you do?

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for establishing a unified brand identity and driving end-to-end marketing initiatives. You will set up and maintain centralized templates, branding guidelines, and toolkits to ensure consistency across all channels and materials. You will own the marketing strategy, oversee campaigns, analyze performance, and lead the organization of events that engage customers and build pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Brand Building and Governance
  • Define and implement comprehensive branding guidelines (visual identity, tone of voice, usage rules).
  • Create and maintain standardized templates and assets (PowerPoint, Word headers, email signatures, brochures, …).
  • Oversee website look-and-feel and UX to ensure brand consistency and clarity.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing materials, internal and external communications, and partner assets.
Marketing Strategy and Planning
  • Develop the annual marketing strategy and channel plan aligned with Be Ne Lux  commercial objectives.
  • Translate strategic priorities into quarterly roadmaps, budgets, and measurable KPIs.
  • Coordinate with Sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals and account priorities.
Campaign Management
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, print, events) from concept to delivery.
  • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules across platforms.
  • Work with internal teams (Sales, Product, HR, Exposure) to create relevant, engaging content tailored to target audiences.
Content and Asset Production
  • Produce and/or coordinate development of on-brand content: web copy, blogs, case studies, presentations, one-pagers, ads, and event materials.
  • Ensure quality control and consistency across all deliverables.
Events
  • Plan and execute owned and partner events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Handle end-to-end event operations: concept, agenda, speaker coordination, promotion, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
  • Track event performance and contribution to pipeline.
Analytics and Optimization
  • Establish campaign metrics and dashboards; measure performance and ROI.
  • Use analytics to optimize targeting, messaging, channels, and spend.
  • Report regularly to the Head of Sales Be Ne Lux  on outcomes, insights, and recommendations.
What Success Looks Like in 6–12 Months
  • Centralized branding guidelines and templates are adopted across the organization.
  • Consistent brand presence across website, collateral, and social channels.
  • Executed campaigns delivering measurable impact on awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
  • Regular performance reporting with clear insights and optimization actions.
  • A recurring events program that drives qualified leads and strengthens market presence.
Reporting Line

This role reports to the Head of Sales Be Ne Lux  and collaborates closely with regional Sales, Solution leads, Pre‑Sales, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements
  • Eligibility for NATO CLEARANCE (details here );
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management within B2B environments; experience in Be Ne Lux  markets is a plus.
  • Strong brand building capability, with a track record of creating and enforcing branding guidelines and toolkits.
  • Proficiency in creating practical, attractive templates and assets (PowerPoint, Word, web components).
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, social) and editorial/content calendars.
  • Solid grasp of web CMS, basic design tools (e.g., Adobe or Canva), and marketing automation/CRM platforms (MSFT Dynamics is a plus).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics, social analytics, campaign dashboards).
  • Excellent communication skills; able to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong project management
