Concretely, you will work on various projects in different industries
. You'll be in close contact with clients and will build a thorough understanding of their business strategy and specific needs in terms of digital transformation. You will define the to-be organization, processes and technologies and develop a digital roadbook for making them succeed. You will advise and guide our customers on entreprise architecture related topics with the possibility to collaborate as well on many other technology trends and topics.

• Assess and identify emerging trends in digital technology, e-business platforms, digital and mobile products or services, and partnerships in line with the organization’s digital strategy
• Design IT strategy in line with business goals of your client: define application, establish architecture principles, develop entreprise frameworks
• Advise on topics such as data migration, privacy or security
• Be responsible for the workflow automation in business applications and accelerate the digital transformation (by simplifying workflow design, improve performance and results…)
• Actively contribute in the development and the implementation of the organization’s digital strategy and assure the integration of digital into all aspects of the business (e.g. content, channels, processes, and operating models)
• Design surveys and discovery sessions, prepare and conduct interviews, and facilitate focus group meetings to identify and gather requirements
• Guide a team through problem definition, issue identification and workplan development using problem solving principles and past experiences
• Be able to translate business and process requirements into technology solutions and translate this into digital roadmaps
• Be responsible for the delivery of assigned tasks within the delivery cycle of a project
• Take on a leadership role over a team of consultants

We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen ngage expertise on Enterprise Architecture topics:

You have experience (+/-3 to 5 years) in an Enterprise Architect role on business projects (ideally within a consulting firm) and ideally knowledge in one or more of the following areas: support services transformation (HR, Finance, IT), Customer engagement, Business/IT alignment, Operational effectiveness, Change management. You also have a passion for and a good understanding of technology (trend watching, meta view, technology regulation, frameworks, …)

Above that you can demonstrate:

• ITIL and/or TOGAF (The Open Group) certification
• Ability to assess and understand the business reality of the client
• Knowledge of growth hacking, design thinking, … being able to show a creative and innovative mindset
• Analytical and critical mindset with an eye for detail
• A client-oriented attitude, including the ability to develop and maintain sustainable client relationships
• A human-centered leading attitude and an ability to take responsibility and to liaise with people
• Eagerness to participate in and contribute actively to a team-oriented environment
• Fluency in Dutch and French with a good working knowledge of English
